I have been making and decorating cakes since I was at least 10 years old and took a class at school. I love it. It's a great creative outlet. But with each cake, the bar gets set higher and higher. Here is the cake I did last November for Sam's 9th Birthday. He's a huge Star Wars fan so this was a big hit. Next week is Charlie's 5th birthday (where did my baby go??) and he wants as cool a cake as his big brother got. His first request? An X-wing Fighter. Eeek! But his fave Star Wars character is R2D2 so I think we'll go for that. Stay tune for pics.
